Dr. Youngner

I grew up in Maple Grove, Minnesota. After graduating high school, I attended the University of St. Thomas, where I majored in neuroscience and psychology. It was here, in organic chemistry lab that I met my beautiful wife and best friend, Kaija. One of the most amazing opportunities I had before graduating was spending time in the Philippines doing marine biology research and getting to know the culture. After finishing my undergraduate degree, I attended the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. Go Gophers!

I feel so fortunate to have such a wonderful family. My wife and I have a daughter and two sons. We also have two fur children: 1 crazy dog and 1 very mischievous cat. I’m hoping to stay a 2 pet household for a while, but my wife, who is a veterinarian, seems to have other ideas.

In my free time, I enjoy golfing, skiing, mountain biking, and any other sport that keeps me active. I wish I enjoyed home maintenance and remodeling more because I find myself doing this quite often. Our family loves to spend time together outdoors, and our favorite activities are hiking and camping.

I have always been drawn to dentistry and love what I do. Being a dentist gives me the privilege of working with my hands to improve patients’ smiles as well as their dental health. It also gives me the opportunity to truly get to know patients and their families. Developing these relationships is one of the most rewarding aspects of my career. My wife, Kaija, who grew up on a hobby farm between Cambridge and North Branch, initially introduced me to the area. I feel lucky to be working in such a great community, with a fantastic dental team.

Dental Hygienist

Stephanie

Meet Stephanie! Since 2006, Stephanie has polished smiles and welcomes patients as one of our amazing Dental Hygienists. She is a proud Argosy University alumna who received her Dental Hygiene degree in May of 2006. Stephanie has enjoyed working at Bayview Dental where she can develop long-lasting patient relationships!

After growing up in North Branch, Stephanie made the move to Almelund where she now currently resides with her family. She loves the short commute to work! In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys camping with her husband, two children, and dogs. They love all things Disney, and enjoy spending time at their kids’ sporting events, not to mention exploring the many areas of the 4H- especially the animals!

Dental Assistant

Faith

Faith graduated from Herzing University as a licensed Dental Assistant in 2018. She loves to make patients feel as comfortable as possible while they’re in the dental chair. Her goal is to see every patient leave her care with a smile!

Born and raised in Minnesota, Faith enjoys being outdoors. Her hobbies include ice fishing in the winter and being out on the lake in the summer- as much as she can! She also enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her adorable Labrador retriever!

Danielle

As the Patient Coordinator here at Bayview Dental, Danielle is excited to help patients schedule appointments, go over treatment plans, and check insurance benefits! Born and raised in Stacy, Minnesota, Danielle now lives in North Branch with her husband and son. They enjoy the outdoors and spending time with their friends and families! Danielle is an avid Minnesota Vikings and Minnesota Wild fan!

Office Manager

Leslie

Say hello to Leslie, the Office Manager here at Bayview Dental! A woman who wears many hats, Leslie is also trained as a Dental Hygienist but has found her true passion in the administrative aspect of dentistry. She has lived in Minnesota since she was five years old and in the Chisago Lakes area for over two years. She now lives with her husband and son in Lindstrom. They also have a dog named Donut and two cats named Phoebe and Boo.

In her free time, Leslie enjoys gardening, crafting, camping, and spending time on the lakes with her family. She is thrilled to be here at Bayview and looks forward to building long-lasting relationships with our patients.

Dental Hygienist

Amy

Amy grew up in Mandan, North Dakota and attended dental hygiene school at North Dakota State College of Science. After a few years in Mandan, she headed to the Twin Cities where she met her husband, Mike, and worked as a hygienist for the next 17 years. Amy and her family recently moved to Osceola, Wisconsin where they spend winter months chauffeuring kids to hockey and the ski hill, and summers camping and enjoying the lake with friends. She loves the Bayview Dental team and office, and is excited to be a permanent team member.

When you walk through our doors, you’ll find yourself in the cozy and inviting office our long-time patients know and love. You’ll be greeted by our friendly team members before receiving a thorough teeth cleaning. Dr. Youngner will then complete his oral examination before discussing his findings with you and providing all available treatment options. We take the time to get to know our patients and to thoroughly explain everything, so you can rest easy knowing that you’re making an educated decision when it comes to the health of your smile. Same-Day Crowns

Our office is equipped with the latest in dental crown technology, including our very own CEREC system. This system enables us to create a detailed image of your smile and then create a custom crown made of durable ceramic that is virtually indistinguishable from a natural tooth. Perhaps the biggest benefit to the CEREC system is its speed. With traditional crowns, there is usually a waiting period of several weeks between your initial visit and receiving your crown. Because we design and construct our crowns in-house, you’ll walk out of our office on the same day as your visit with a beautiful and functional smile.

Digital X-rays

We utilize the latest in intraoral and extraoral radiograph technology to create super-detailed images of what’s going on beneath the surface of your smile, all while exposing you to a minimal amount of radiation. Digital x-rays are safe, and effective, and help us to give you the exceptional dental care that you deserve.
